The first piezo injectors repair course in Dieselland took place on 12-13 August 2019. The course plan was the following.

PIEZO injector repair training program (2 days)
• Diagnostics of engines with Piezo BOSCH / Piezo Siemens injectors
• Restoration and repair of Piezo BOSCH injectors
• Injector valve recovery using machine tools and alternative methods;
• Restoring of injector atomizer using machines;
• Assembly and adjustment of injectors;
• Checking the electrical parameters of the injectors;
• Injector test after recovery.
• Restoration and repair of Piezo Siemens injectors:
• Checking the electrical parameters of the injectors;
• Search for problems and troubleshooting of the injector components;
• Injector valve recovery;
• Assembly and adjustment of injectors;
• Injector testing on the test bench.
